Standing Stupid

There is a group of people living in the world today who, against all the odds, shouldn't be.

Their scientific name is Stultus Stultus.

Otherwise known as STUPID IDIOTS to you and me.

And these people are EVERYWHERE.

From politics, to journalists, sports stars and scattered around within the general populace.

I can't be the only person who has had to sufer at the hands of idiots.

Idiots are a non descript group of people.

I have noticed, however, that idiots appear to have started to congregate around shop doors.

During the busy periods such as Christmas they are out in force, standing there with their mouths open. Jaws flopping around like a dead fox in tree, stood still as a rock, blocking the door way for anybody else who ewants to walk in or our or even past them as they stare blankly at the vastness of the universe.

You can also find them in supermarkets where they take up as much room as possible with their trolley at a right angle blocking the pasth for anybody else.

Woe betide anyone who queues up behind one of these A-holes at the till where they suddenly remember they need some eggs and run off leaving everybody in limbo.

Then they have to pay - which is a huge suprise to them and they spend the next five whole minutes patting doewn pockets and rummaging through bags to find their money AND THEN insist on paying have in cash and half on card... but not that card... THIS card.... oh but now they can't reember the PIN and get in a panic and you can do is watch your frozen goods melt and ruin.

Nobody wants to be in a supermarket at the best of times, but when it becomes a wacky races style obstacle course - it's only natural for rage to boil to the fore.

But these people are oblivious to their actions, or lack thereof.

They are more than happy to wander through life getting in other peoples way and think nothing of being somewhere else.

We have all been in that situation where we get lost, or are not sure which direction to go and I'm sure like me, you mover yourself to one side to gasther your thoughts and ensure that you not in anybody elses way.

The last thing you ewant to do is be a bother to other people who might be as busy as you and have to be somewhere.

Idiots don't.

They have nowhere to be but right in front of you in your way.

It's their mission on life to be a nuisance.

They should be stopped.

Or at the very least fined for being there.... wherever THERE is, which is usually in a bloody doorway.
